Starting a business is never an easy feat. It requires passion, dedication, and a lot of hard work. I know this all too well because I’ve been there. I did my engineering, MBA, national and international certifications, and my career started as a graduate trainee engineer, eventually leading me to become an assistant manager to manager, an EHS lead to EHS head and finally, a business owner to entrepreneur. However, the road to success was not a smooth one.

In the early stages of my business, I suffered greatly, and I learned many valuable lessons from my real-life experiences. My "broke to break" journey was tough and involved countless sacrifices, despite having good intentions, delivering value, and multiple opportunities. It was difficult for me to accept my failure, but eventually, I did. However, I didn't give up. I recovered and broke through.

My failure was not due to my "Luck," but rather my "Lack" of clarity in business & mindset. I learned that running a successful business requires a combination of Passion, Principle, and Practicality. I survived only because of my passion, patience, process, persistence, environment, and self-motivation. I never gave up and always believed in the power of taking processed action, not just action. I learned a lot, implemented a lot, and set up various businesses before helping others.

I am proud to be the first-generation business owner in my family, having built businesses in various fields, including auditing, training, PMC, business consulting, interior designing, business compliance hubs, cloud telephony, digital media, marketing & events, Transport magazine & award show, pre-school, freelancing hubs, brain mapping and online consultation, e-learning, and more. I am thankful for all the support from the Universe, my family, friends, employees, vendors, and clients.

Now, I want to pass on my knowledge, skills, experiences, and winning formula to individuals & entrepreneurs to ignite operational efficiency in their job & businesses. I don't want any professionals, entrepreneurs or organizations to face the same pain I did. My passion and mission are to assist 1 lakh professionals/entrepreneurs/startups, and organizations, which will have a direct impact on the economy, they work hard and deserve to be profitable in their job or businesses!

Through my own journey, I learned that being a successful entrepreneur requires not just technical skills but also emotional intelligence.
